The Glyndebourne Festival: the Glyndebourne opera season runs from 17 May to 24 August. This season's operas include: Der Rosenkavalier (Richard Strauss), Eugene Onegin (Tchaikovsky), Don Giovanni and La finta giardiniera (Mozart), La Traviata (Verdi) and Rinaldo (Handel).

The Charleston Festival: from 16 - 20 May. This year's speakers include: Alan Bennett, Richard Dawkins, Carol Anne Duffy, Robert Harris, Ian McEwan, Michael Morpurgo and Grayson Perry among many others.
Bushy Lodge is a large house, with a sitting room, a TV room, a large kitchen and a study, as well as a number of bathrooms and toilets. It is a house filled with books and magazines and paintings.
Your room: Will have a wonderfully comfortable bed, a desk, and free Wi-Fi connection to the internet. You will have your own bathroom, but it is not en suite.
Breakfast: any time between 8 and 9.30am. A full freshly cooked English or continental breakfast is served in our family kitchen.
Arrival and departure: arrival after 2pm, departure by 11am.
